The key to personal satisfaction is through hard-work, optimism, and reflection
For the past several years Liana Palmerio-McIvor has worked with not only individuals and their families, but with such organizations as the Halton District School Board, Halton Regional Police Services, the Ford Plant of Oakville, IKEA, the Royal Bank and BD Canada to name a few.
Liana Palmerio-McIvor, RP, (C)OACCPP, C.T.C. – has been in practice since 1994. Initially her focus was with adolescents and children however, her expertise and interests have led her to additional specialties with Anxiety Related Disorders (Agoraphobia, Panic Attacks, Phobias, Generalized Anxiety, and Trauma) Marriage and Sex Therapy (Re-connection Couple Work)
Liana Palmerio-McIvor has made it her goal to find other therapists that are genuine, empathetic and empowering individuals in order to motivate clients in a positive direction with their lives.
She believes that good therapists / counsellors do not have to have the highest degree, diploma or certification possible with top grades. Therapists must be people who are qualified but with outgoing, enthusiastic personalities and a genuine concern for their clients well-being.
Customer Service is a key concern for this Director and The Wellness Counselling Group, something she thinks has been forgotten in the field of Mental Wellness as a priority.
Contact her directly at info(at)wellnesscounselling.com. She would be happy to answer any questions you may have about the clinic and its services.
